FAQ

Questions studio owners ask

Can I move my members over from my current system?

Yes. The import tool reads a spreadsheet export of your customers and memberships, lets you match the columns, checks every row before anything is saved, and can undo an import. Imported customers aren't messaged until you're ready.

Do my members need to download something?

No. The member app opens in any phone or computer browser at your studio's address, and can be added to the home screen. Native iOS and Android apps use the same accounts.

How do payments work?

Card payments run through Stripe, so card details never touch your studio's systems. Memberships renew automatically, failed payments retry on a schedule, and members can update their card from a link.

What does the AI assistant cost?

The assistant uses your studio's own Anthropic account, so you pay Anthropic directly for what you use. You set a monthly limit in Studios, get an alert as you approach it, and the assistant pauses when the limit is reached.

We have more than one location. Does that work?

Yes. Locations have their own rooms, hours, closures and stock, and products and reports can be set per location.

Is it only for Pilates?

Studios started with Pilates and reformer studios and works for any class-based boutique studio: barre, yoga, cycling, HIIT and more.
